With extensive experience in railway infrastructure contracting through M/S Krishna Ram & Wah Kong construction, Shubham brings comprehensive expertise across estimation, tendering, procurement, fabrication management, site coordination, commissioning and statutory compliance. His portfolio includes steel and RCC bridges, superstructures, culverts, Limited Height Subways (LHS), ballast supply and major track renewal works. Having successfully executed infrastructure projects exceeding ₹15000 million in value, he brings strategic foresight, regulatory strength, financial discipline and high-level stakeholder management to every assignment.
